Four Leaf Rover Wholesale Agreement
We’re excited to partner with you! This agreement outlines the terms for purchasing and reselling Four Leaf Rover products. Our goal is to keep things clear, fair, and simple so we can build a great long-term relationship.
Getting Started
Once your wholesale account is approved, you’ll have access to wholesale pricing.
Please add sales@fourleafrover.com and wholesale@fourleafrover.com to your address book so you don’t miss important updates.
All wholesale customers must have a valid tax ID and/or resale permit on file.
Retail and wholesale pricing may change with 60 days’ written notice.
Minimum Orders & Pricing

Minimum opening and reorder amount: $200

All orders must meet current minimums unless otherwise approved in writing by Four Leaf Rover.
Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time an order is placed unless prior credit terms have been approved.

Checks (orders ship after funds clear)
A valid credit card must be kept on file for all wholesale accounts.
Credit Terms (Net 30):
At our discretion, Net 30 terms may be extended after your first order. Credit references may be required. Payment is due within 30 days of shipment and applies only to merchandise received (excluding backorders).
If payment is more than 15 days past due, Four Leaf Rover reserves the right to charge the card on file and/or revert the account to prepayment status.
Late payments may incur additional fees, and customers are responsible for any reasonable collection or legal costs allowed by law.
Orders may be placed via email, phone, or your online wholesale account.
Brand Use & Competitive References
To protect our brand integrity:

Four Leaf Rover images, logos, product names, copy, or trademarks may not be used to promote or reference any competing product or brand without prior written approval.

Brand assets may only be used as provided by Four Leaf Rover and solely to promote Four Leaf Rover products.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of wholesale privileges.
Online Sales Policy
Resellers may not sell Four Leaf Rover products on third-party marketplaces including (but not limited to) Amazon, eBay, Target, Walmart or similar platforms, unless prior written approval is granted.
Sales through a reseller’s own branded website (with or without a physical storefront) are permitted, provided all MAP pricing policies are strictly followed (shipping excluded).
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of wholesale pricing and sales.
MAP Pricing

Wholesale and MAP pricing are subject to change at any time

MAP violations may result in loss of wholesale privileges
Pricing in effect at the time an order is placed will be honored for future ship dates.
Repackaging & Private Label
Resellers may not repackage, relabel, reproduce, or reformulate any Four Leaf Rover product without prior written consent.
Shipping
Orders ship within two business days for in stock products via USPS or UPS within the continental United States.
Orders ship after payment is received. Shipping methods, rates, and carriers may change at our discretion.
Damages, Errors & Returns
Please inspect shipments upon receipt.

Damage or shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrongly shipped items

Returned items must be 100% resellable

A 25% restocking fee may apply

Freight charges may apply
Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
Territory & Account Approval
Four Leaf Rover reserves the right to approve, deny, protect, or modify reseller territories at its sole discretion. Territory policies may change at any time with or without notice.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By placing a wholesale order, the reseller agrees to comply with all terms outlined above. Four Leaf Rover reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale privileges for violations of this agreement.
